Perry Behavioral Health Choices provides services based on the needs of the individual. Our treatment services range from low intensity outpatient services to intensive outpatient services, and medication assisted treatment. Stanton Villa
Stanton Villa is a residential program for adult females, ages 18 and up. The length of treatment is 30 to 45 days depending on insurance benefits and treatment progress. Stanton Villa gives priority to pregnant women and IV substance users. Stanton Villa allows for children (18 months and younger) to stay with their mothers while in treatment.

Evolution
Evolution is a residential program for adult males, ages 18 and up. The length of treatment is 30 to 45 days depending on insurance benefits and treatment progress. Throughout the day, residents will either be in class, group therapy, individual sessions, or working with a Case Manager. Evolution has a nurse on site to assist clients with any medical needs. Residents attend self-help meetings nightly.

ClearView
ClearView assist individuals who desire abstinence and/or recovery from substance abuse disorders through a safe, medically-monitored withdrawal management program with the use of medications to ease the stress of physical withdrawal, as well as placement in the appropriate level of aftercare.

Youth and Family
Youth and Family Services provide the highest quality treatment for those struggling with behavioral health disorders and to provide support to each person in the family system. Perry Behavioral Health Choices provides services based on the needs of the individual. We will provide diagnostic assessments for ages 3 to adult to determine the treatment needs. Therapeutic recommendations will then be made by the therapist. Treatment plans will be designed by the client, parents and in conjunction with the assessment recommendations. Individual, group and family therapy are available.

PBHC Clinic
The PBHC Clinic is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) site with the ability to provide innovative care to individuals seeking to add a tool to aide in their recovery. We provide compassionate and professional medical care that focuses on careful monitoring and accountability to achieve long-term sobriety. MAT services include: education on forms of medications; evaluation and monitoring of medication by a licensed physician; laboratory orders; urine screening; coordination with your pharmacy of choice, individual therapy and case management as needed.
This site also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (eTMS) specifically for Veterans, First Responders and Law Enforcement.
